The Role: Paid Social Media Specialist
As our Paid Social Media Specialist, you'll be responsible for driving growth and engagement across our social media channels. You'll develop and execute strategic campaigns, analyze performance data, and continuously optimize our paid advertising efforts to achieve maximum ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Manage daily campaign operations, including budget allocation, ad creation, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign data to identify trends, optimize campaigns for better results, and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid social efforts with overall brand objectives and messaging.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry best practices, platform updates, and emerging advertising technologies.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience managing paid social media campaigns with a strong track record of success.
- Deep understanding of social media advertising platforms, targeting options, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and reporting dashboards.
