Role Overview:
As an EUC Infrastructure Specialist, you will provide essential support for EUC W365, leveraging your extensive experience in systems administration. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of expertise, preferably within a regulated setting.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Issue Management:**
- Assist in triaging issues, ensuring timely responses to customers and keeping them informed of progress.
- Analyze issues independently to route them to the appropriate teams for resolution.

2. **Standard Issue Handling:**
- Raise standard requests (e.g., software installations, firewall access) with relevant teams and follow up for resolution.

3. **Dev Container Management:**
- Analyze and remediate issues related to Dev Containers, including the creation of new containers for WSL use.

4. **Collaboration with Packaging Teams:**
- Coordinate with packaging teams to ensure thorough testing of new software by end users before rollout.

5. **Firewall Testing Coordination:**
- Facilitate testing of firewall unblocks and present solutions for review by Cyber, EUC, and DX Desktop teams.

6. **Developer Support:**
- Drive issues to resolution, assisting developers in overcoming challenges while prioritizing the end-user experience.

Technical Skills Required:
- Proficient in general desktop troubleshooting for Windows, macOS, and Ubuntu operating systems.
- In-depth knowledge of End User Computing architecture, including both virtual and physical devices, as well as modern management technologies and zero trust principles.
- Familiarity with privilege management software applications.
- Understanding of software installation processes via standard channels (Intune) and developer-specific methods (Chocolatey client and JFrog Artifactory management).
- Experience with Linux/WSL.
- General awareness of developer workflows and industry best practices.
