Security Guardian

Job Summary:

Wilson James is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at one of our client sites in Aberdeen. As a leading managed service provider, we prioritize safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

• Ensure the building is safe and protected by conducting regular internal and external patrols, identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
• Verify entry passes, monitor alarm systems, access control, and investigate any suspicious activity or behavior.
• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with staff and visitors, responding to requests, and demonstrating empathy and a willingness to help.

Requirements:

• SIA Licence
• Experience in a security environment is beneficial, but not essential; we are willing to invest in training and development for the right candidate.
• Hard work and enthusiasm for the role, with a positive attitude and experience in customer service.
