Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Special Educational Needs Support Assistant who has experience working with individuals with special educational needs or in care environments.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Special Educational Needs Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide support to children facing emotional and behavioral challenges, facilitating their access to the educational curriculum.
- Exhibit a high level of care, concern, and ambition for the students you work with.
- Utilize relevant skills and experience to cater to a diverse student population, including those with Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Conduct activities on both a one-on-one and small group basis.

Requirements:
- Availability to work from 08:30 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.
- Previous experience working with children in educational or alternative settings is preferred, but any relevant experience with children in the UK is essential.
- A passion for working with children and witnessing their academic progress.
- Possession of, or willingness to obtain, a Child Only enhanced DBS check.
- Reside within a reasonable commuting distance.
