Job Opportunity:

Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd is partnering with a leading Vehicle Safety Supplies company to find a skilled Auto Electrician to join their team of Field Service Engineers. This is a remote role that requires covering the Midlands and London areas, with the main base located in the West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Providing support to customers by fitting or servicing safety products on large vehicles at customer sites or manufacturer sites.
  2. Ensuring professionalism in working with major players in the heavy plant and commercial vehicle market.
Installations Include:
  1. DVR and cameras
  2. DVS standard
  3. FORS (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
  4. Beacons and lights
  5. Alarms and sensors
Requirements:
  1. Electrical automotive background
  2. Availability to work some weekends at an overtime rate
  3. Possible nights away
  4. Flexible hours
  5. Plant or HGV experience
  6. Full driving license (Van to be provided)
Benefits:
  1. Monday - Friday schedule with 1 Saturday a month required
  2. 50 hours a week (door to door)
  3. £32,000-£42,000 salary based on experience and location
  4. Plenty of overtime available
  5. Remote role with stock dropped to local self-storage for collection
  6. Van supplied with fuel and initial tool kit with tool allowance
