People and Culture Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People and Culture Officer to join our team at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square. As a key member of our People team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our department.
Key Responsibilities- Process onboarding and offboarding for employees, including administering system and payroll onboarding, conducting exit interviews, and liaising with other teams.
- Update and maintain accurate HR records and data on our employee management database, Fourth Hospitality.
- Conduct right to work checks and ensure ongoing compliance for current Hotel employees.
- Provide administrative support across all People and Culture processes and projects, including preparing probation letters, promotion letters, and revised contracts.
- Support the Director of People and Culture and the People and Culture Manager with ER issues and ensure all case details are recorded and logged accordingly.
- Be involved with the Social and Wellness committee and assist with planning and implementing initiatives.
- Compile and analyze HR data to inform strategic decision-making across departments and the Hotel.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Knowledge of Fourth Hospitality is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided.
- Experience in HR Administration, ideally within hospitality.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong IT skills, including the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
