Red Sky Personnel Ltd is seeking a qualified General Foreman with extensive experience in the construction sector, particularly in civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the water industry and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations.

The primary responsibility of the General Foreman is to oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and free of defects. This role involves the scheduling, coordination, and supervision of all site personnel.


Key Requirements:
  • Significant experience in the construction field, particularly in a general civil environment.
  • Background in infrastructure, drainage, public realm, highways, and structural projects.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects or supervising multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong people management skills, including the oversight of subcontractors.
  • Hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Valid CSCS supervisor card.
  • SMSTS certification.
  • Lift supervisor qualification.
  • First aid certification.
  • NRSWA supervisor certification.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Strong communication, organizational, planning, and time management skills.
