About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shop Supervisor to join our team at Sue Ryder. As a Shop Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales, achieving targets, and delivering exceptional customer service to our donors and customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of volunteers to deliver great customer service and drive sales
  • Work with the local community to generate sufficient donated stock to drive sales
  • Help to recruit, train, and retain a volunteer team
  • Set high standards of merchandising and housekeeping to ensure the shop is well-merchandised and safe
  • Manage effective stock processes to ensure the shop is well-stocked with fresh, seasonal stock
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Sue Ryder, supporting in-store campaigns and national fundraising initiatives
