As a Senior BIM Information Manager, you will play a key role in delivering strategic BIM solutions, collaborating with internal and external teams, and driving forward the BIM agenda.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Create BIM Documentation: Develop and implement BIM documentation to achieve project goals, launch projects collaboratively, and drive forward the BIM agenda.
  2. Model Validation and Coordination: Conduct model validation checks, chair coordination reviews, and liaise with model managers to resolve issues.
  3. Field Data Management: Support the deployment of field data management systems, review the validity of collected information against deliverables, and ensure data exchange protocols are adhered to.
  4. Federated 3D Model Delivery: Facilitate the delivery of the federated 3D model, hosted and linked BIM data, including COBie.
  5. Compliance and Liaison: Ensure data exchange protocols are followed by the project team and liaise with the design team manager on compliance issues.
Requirements
  1. Software Proficiency: Accurately and efficiently use Navisworks / Solibri software.
  2. BIM Coordination Experience: Proven experience in multi-disciplined BIM coordination.
  3. BIM Execution Plans: Experienced in creating BIM execution plans.
  4. COBie Delivery: Strong understanding and demonstrable delivery of COBie data.
