Job Summary:

Penguin Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Engineer to join an independent multidisciplinary consultancy in the UK. As a Senior Sustainability Engineer, you will lead multidisciplinary projects across various sectors, from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead on multidisciplinary projects, overseeing feasibility studies, report writing, and planning submissions.
  • Utilize IES-VE software to conduct TM59 overheating assessments and optimize building performance.
  • Develop specifications for project design and assist in the growth of junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a sustainability, architectural, or engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role within the building services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, including Part L and Part O.
  • Experience with IES-VE software for energy modeling and analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage junior team members.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
