This role involves overseeing and directing the cash operations, which includes the daily distribution of customer payments received, setting up manual payments for vendors, and managing any other cash-related activities as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop weekly cash schedules
- Distribute daily bank statement entries
- Manage the cashier email inbox for inquiries
- Reconcile daily credit card transactions
- Process incoming cheques on a daily basis
- Handle daily supplier payments and customer refunds
- Support various cash-related projects as needed
- Maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the cash team
- Analyze and reconcile suspense accounts
- Ensure adherence to all cash policies and controls to minimize errors
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in a cashiering role is preferred
- Proficient in systems, particularly Excel
- Strong communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail
