We are seeking an experienced MEP BIM Technician to join our growing team at Perpetual Engineering. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical design solutions using Revit models, AutoCAD drawings, and other digital deliverables.

• Support the design team in preparing clear and accurate drawings, models, and associated deliverables.
• Set up new Revit and CAD projects using defined templates.
• Produce and amend models and drawings based on engineer's mark-ups.
• Produce schematics and link them to model data.
• Ensure files are stored in accordance with our QA procedures.
• Perform model exports, including IFC, NWC, DWFX, DWG, and PDF exports.
• Add classification data to models.
• Use built-in interference checking tools and other software solutions to QA check models.
• Liaise with our BIM Manager to ensure industry and company-specific standards are being maintained.
• Ensure MEP models comply with project BIM requirements.

• Experience of acting as Task Team Information Manager on BIM projects.
• Extensive working knowledge and experience of using Revit and AutoCAD software.
• Prior knowledge of MagiCAD, Navisworks, and/or Solibri would be beneficial.
• Experience of working as part of an MEP design team, with good knowledge of building services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, being able to liaise confidently with our design engineers.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
