Job Title: Childrens Registered Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Childrens Registered Manager to join our team at Hampton's Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our children's home, ensuring that we provide a safe and supportive environment for our young people.

About the Role:
  • Responsible for the overall management of the children's home, including staff supervision and development.
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and National Minimum Standards.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and support.
  • Work closely with our social work team to ensure that our young people receive the best possible support and care.
  • Contribute to the development of our services, including the design and implementation of new programs and initiatives.
About You:
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or willingness to undertake).
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of Ofsted compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and support to vulnerable young people.
