The successful candidate will possess at least 2 years of hands-on experience in CNC operations, specifically in the realm of CNC routing, ensuring high-quality production standards.

This position demands meticulous attention to detail, the ability to interpret CAD drawings accurately, and a commitment to producing exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and manage CNC machines, with a primary focus on routing for cutting and milling tasks.
  • Accurately interpret CAD drawings to configure machine settings effectively.
  • Oversee machine operations, identifying and rectifying any malfunctions to uphold quality benchmarks.
  • Assemble jigs after milling processes, ensuring compliance with specified standards.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machinery to guarantee peak performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to facilitate smooth workflow and project execution.
  • Follow all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.
  • Ensure that workstations and surrounding areas are kept clean and organized.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator, particularly in CNC routing.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting CAD drawings.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations, including cutting and milling techniques.
  • Ability to assemble jigs post-milling (training will be provided).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision in work.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to make necessary adjustments.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
