Job Title: Sewing Technician

**About the Role**

Advantage Group is seeking a skilled Sewing Technician to join our team and contribute to the manufacture of life-saving medical devices. As a Sewing Technician, you will play a critical role in the assembly of heart valves, utilizing your sewing skills and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality products.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Work in a clean room environment, applying your sewing skills and knowledge to assemble heart valves.
  • Use specialized tools and equipment, including needles, scissors, forceps, and microscopes, to perform assigned tasks.
  • Perform quality checks on your work and others to ensure compliance with specifications and good manufacturing practices.
  • Collaborate with the team to support manufacturing-related aspects of projects.

**Requirements**

  • GCSE or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in sewing, art, and crafts or other high manual dexterity tasks.
  • Some experience in manufacturing, good manufacturing practices, clean room, and medical device assembly is desirable.
