BFI Marketing Services Coordinator
Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Services Coordinator to join our team at the BFI. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing marketing services support across the BFI London Film Festival, ensuring best value and timely delivery of marketing outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the workflow of LFF design projects, working closely with the Studio Manager to ensure timely delivery.
- Work with the BFI's roster of suppliers to ensure best value and quality.
- Liaise with external suppliers, obtaining proposals and quotations as required.
- Collaborate with the Festivals Marketing Manager and the Editor of the LFF brochure on the production of the LFF brochure.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in print/design/production management or marketing account handling.
- Excellent knowledge of a range of marketing methods.
- Knowledge of print production processes.
- Excellent project management experience.
