Ingenii Search is seeking a Business Analyst to become part of a prominent enterprise organization on a contractual basis. The successful applicant will possess a distinctive blend of technical knowledge and business acumen, demonstrating a solid track record of effectively executing intricate application modifications. This position entails the collection, evaluation, and management of requirements to guarantee the provision of high-caliber solutions within the designated timeframe and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, manage, and assess requirements for the design of intricate application modifications.
  • Participate in and take charge of estimates formulated by the Cross Functional Team.
  • Oversee the delivery, testing, and support of complex application modifications within your designated area.
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality of solutions to clients.
  • Develop and enhance application and process best practices, ensuring stakeholder buy-in through a consultative approach.
  • Provide assistance and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate functional design discussions and create innovative solutions to business challenges.
  • Generate high-quality documentation to support project deliverables.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leverage customer-facing experience to comprehend and address client needs.
  • Apply knowledge of government projects, particularly in areas such as Airline and Border management, to inform project strategies and solutions.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in the deployment or support of application software, with multiple full lifecycle implementations.
  • Prior technical experience is highly advantageous.
  • Formal project management training is beneficial.
  • Proven experience in managing complex solutions.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to facilitate functional design discussions and achieve consensus.
  • Exceptional documentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of effectively conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated customer-facing experience with a focus on understanding and addressing client needs.
