About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Home Delivery Driver. As an ambassador for Iceland, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver shopping to customers' doors, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the wider store operation, lending a hand when needed and providing support to colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to ensure excellence in your role

Requirements

  • A current driving license, held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 points
  • A winning way with people from all walks of life, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings and late evenings
