The Learning Experience is seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team of early years educators. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, happy, and engaging learning environment for our Little Learners.
About the Role:
- Design and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the unique needs and interests of our children, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Establish and maintain a safe and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning.
- Monitor and track the progress of our children, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and developing strategies to support their growth and development.
- Build strong relationships with families through regular communication, updates, and sharing of daily experiences and achievements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters a love of learning and a sense of community.
Requirements:
- Experience in early years education and a strong understanding of child development principles.
- Level 2 or above in Early Years or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and its application in practice.
