About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our Plant Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in the transformation of our Sheffield plant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and champion Site Engineering best practices
  • Define and agree Capital Investment plans
  • Execute capital projects Right First Time, with Vertical Start Ups to the highest standard of Safety and Quality
  • Support Site Strategic Plan / Annual Contract creation: Support the Plant Manager in developing the site strategy and plant road maps (Vision 2030)
  • Lead, coach and develop the talent within the organisation
  • Provide effective conversion change coordination including project costing, timing and capital requirements, applying engineering best practices, most efficient use of plant capability and capacity while maintaining high-level customer service

About You

We are looking for a driven leader with multi-level stakeholder influencing skills, experience of working in a similar FMCG business, and a strong understanding of end-to-end processes in the manufacturing and business environment. You will bring a good knowledge of technical and financial affairs, experience within production and working experience managing teams/projects, and a strong people management skills.
