About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyperson to join our team at The Manor House in Harrogate. As a Handyperson, you will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day minor maintenance and repairs to a high standard, ensuring a comfortable environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment and fixtures.
  • Differentiate between minor repairs and those requiring specialist skills.
  • Ensure the safe use of equipment and adherence to health and safety procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in gardening, building, or maintenance is desirable.
  • Practical skills in maintenance and gardening, including data protection and confidentiality.
  • Health and safety knowledge in the workplace.
