About the Role

We are looking for a Compliance Manager to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures. You will ensure compliance with shareholder requirements, monitor health and safety regulations, and establish corresponding policies for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with shareholder requirements and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor health and safety regulations and establish corresponding policies.
  • Oversee block management compliance and ensure adherence to statutory obligations.
  • Manage and review Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) and ensure all fire safety standards are met.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance violations or issues.
  • Monitor changes in real estate laws and regulations and update practices accordingly.
  • Ensure properties meet established quality and safety standards through regular audits.
  • Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in compliance management.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and be adaptable and flexible in approach.
