Financial Operations Specialist

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at WR Logistics. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring timely payment from customers, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage the accounts receivable ledger, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
* Chase overdue debt and negotiate payment plans with customers
* Raise customer invoices and applications for projects team
* Track and raise invoices for contractor jobs, ensuring timely payment
* Collaborate with the projects team to ensure gross profit stays on track and identify potential risks
* Perform management accounting tasks, including accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, and budget management
* Manage the accounts mailbox with the Finance Manager

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in managing an accounts receivable ledger
* Strong reporting and analysis skills
* Credit control experience
