Job Title: Early Years SEN Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment - Education.

About the Role

As a specialist in SEN, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored support and guidance to children with diverse learning needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering the EYFS curriculum to ensure a high-quality learning experience for all students.
  • Building and maintaining a caring and nurturing environment where all children are encouraged to flourish and reach their full potential.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
  • Monitoring and assessing student progress regularly, adjusting teaching methods and interventions as necessary to address emerging needs and challenges.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience teaching in early years.
  • A passion for teaching and learning and a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Excellent subject knowledge.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude.
