- Outbound Communication: Engage in high-volume outbound phone calls and targeted email campaigns to potential customers.
- Follow-Up: Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule to nurture leads and keep the sales pipeline active.
- CRM Management: Accurately enter and update customer information in our CRM system.
- Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer responses and market conditions.
