We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Radiographer to join our team at Wirral University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Radiographer, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality imaging services to our patients.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in diagnostic imaging. You will be responsible for operating a range of imaging equipment, including X-ray machines, CT scanners, and MRI machines, to produce high-quality images for diagnosis and treatment.
You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible service. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, adhering to health and safety protocols, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.
Key Responsibilities- Operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnosis and treatment
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide excellent patient care
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to health and safety protocols
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A BSc in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent qualification
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Radiographer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
