  • Support hardware, including Audio Visual and conference tools, laptops, and mobile telephony.
Requirements:
  • Be an experienced 2nd Line/Desktop Support person.
  • Track record of a high level of technical support.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Stack - Intune, Azure, SharePoint, Teams, Active Directory, Windows 10/11, etc.
