Position Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Project Management Senior Leader to oversee the execution of various projects. This role involves comprehensive management of project performance from inception to completion, ensuring that all operational sites and their respective teams, including Project Engineers, Site Managers, Supervisors, and Sub-Contractors, are effectively coordinated.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for project discussions, from initial inquiries to final project acceptance and documentation.
  • Conduct site surveys and client meetings to ascertain specific project requirements.
  • Direct and manage the allocation of tasks to Trade Operatives and Apprentices, emphasizing quality, productivity, and safety standards.
  • Develop and oversee Tender, Design, and Construction Programmes, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project finances, including budget formulation, monthly forecasting, and overall Profit and Loss accountability.
  • Engage with subcontractors for tender specifications, quotations, and health and safety documentation review.
  • Prepare and manage Construction Phase Health and Safety Plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Complete necessary contract documentation and produce risk assessments and method statements.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management, ideally with a background in engineering or supervisory roles.
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and organize workloads effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of leading and motivating teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • A valid UK Driving Licence is required.
