About the Role

The Customer Service Apprentice will play a vital part in supporting the logistics and purchasing functions within the Deeside Division of BOBRICK WASHROOM EQUIPMENT LTD. This role involves assisting both departments with customer service support and general administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service support to both departments, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Assist with logistics and purchasing functions, including data entry, order processing, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics Manager and Purchasing Manager to schedule tasks and prioritize workload.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to support business operations.

Customer Service Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field an asset.
