About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to make a significant impact in a complex business environment. You will work closely with the Credit Control team to develop and implement effective strategies for managing debt and improving cash flow.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payments and resolve any disputes or issues that may arise.
• Analyze financial data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize cash flow.
• Collaborate with the Credit Control team to develop and implement effective debt recovery processes.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers to resolve any issues or concerns.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and develop effective strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
