Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and healthy environment for all staff and visitors.
  • Perform specialized cleaning tasks, including operation of scrubber/dryer machines, spot cleaning carpets, and deep cleaning facilities.
  • Manage waste disposal, including recycling and general waste.
  • Maintain cleanliness in controlled environments.
  • Restock kitchen and restroom supplies.
  • Address any spills promptly.
  • Handle unique cleaning challenges in sensitive environments.
  • Adhere to Veolia's Health & Safety policies, focusing on safe practices and risk assessments.
Candidate Profile:
  • Prior experience in a similar cleaning role is essential.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

Desirable Qualifications: BICSc Level 1 certification, experience in large public facilities, knowledge of Blood Borne Pathogen risks, familiarity with BICSc Colour Coding, and understanding of COSHH regulations.

This role requires satisfactory clearance as per the guidelines set by the Disclosure and Barring Service.
