  • Provide individualized support to students with PMLD and complex needs, promoting their engagement and participation in various activities.
  • Collaborate with Teachers, therapists, and other professionals to deliver holistic support, ensuring students understand lesson objectives.
  • Liaise with the class Teacher to ensure students receive the necessary support and accommodations.
  • Support students with personal care needs, including feeding, toileting, and mobility, while maintaining their dignity and respect.
  • Encourage student independence and self-advocacy, promoting their autonomy and decision-making skills.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for working with individuals with special educational needs, particularly PMLD and complex needs.
