Job Title: AutoCAD Technician (Civil Engineering)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD Technician to join our Geotechnical team, assisting with civil and structural engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AutoCAD and a desire to learn civil engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation of 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
  • Work with geotechnical software to analyze and interpret data
  • Collaborate with civil and structural engineers to deliver projects
  • Develop and maintain technical skills in AutoCAD and related software

Requirements:

  • 12+ months of experience in AutoCAD, preferably in civil or geotechnical engineering
  • Desire to learn civil engineering principles and concepts
  • HNC or HND in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Live in the Wigan area
