Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Leeds. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with candidates and clients, generating talent, and attracting candidates through various channels. You will also be responsible for screening candidates, arranging interviews, and making job offers to successful candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building strong relationships with candidates and clients through written and verbal communications
  • Talent generation and attraction through job postings, searching for CVs, and social media channels
  • Screening candidates, arranging interviews, and making job offers
Requirements
  • High levels of resilience to overcome challenging situations and setbacks
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet sales targets
  • Able to come up with creative ideas and solutions-driven
  • Excellent team-working and collaborating with colleagues on projects
  • Confident to engage with senior stakeholders and influence decision making

  • Basic salary of £25,000 to £35,000 with a 1st year OTE of £45,000
