Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of nurses and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents.
  • Oversee the implementation of care plans and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence.
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Liaise with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £21 - £22 per hour, with an annual salary of up to £46,046.

Qualifications:
  • Valid NMC registration.
  • Proven experience in a nursing role, preferably in a care home setting.
