Job Description

Bennett & Game Recruitment is seeking a skilled Crane Engineer to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and relevant qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out works and installations on overhead cranes and jib cranes in a workshop and field-based setting.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality results and adherence to site and workshop health and safety policies.
  • Travel to locations throughout the UK, including London and Sheffield, with door-to-door pay compensation.
  • Provide excellent customer service and work well in a team or independently.
  • Meet the requirements for the role, including a manual driving licence and strong electrical and mechanical skills and knowledge within the crane industry.

Benefits:

  • Starting rate of £14 an hour with relevant pay rises once skills and experience are demonstrated.
  • 8:00-16:30 Monday-Friday schedule.
  • Door-to-door pay.
  • Overtime available (Saturday - Time and a half; Sunday - Double time).
  • Pension scheme.
  • Company vehicle.
  • 28 days holiday plus bank holidays.
