The CareTech Group is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Care Manager to lead our Cotswolds Team.

This role presents a unique opportunity to be part of a well-established multidisciplinary team specializing in acquired brain injury rehabilitation. Our Cotswold facility, which accommodates 41 residents, has achieved a "Good" rating from CQC and focuses on providing exceptional care to a male clientele.

As a key member of our leading care organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. It is essential that you possess a proven history in a similar managerial role within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively communicate patient care information to residents, families, and healthcare professionals while upholding confidentiality and adhering to Information Governance principles.
  • Conduct pre-admission assessments.
  • Manage the unit's budget and finances to ensure profitability.
  • Stay informed about policies, procedures, and CQC compliance requirements.
  • Oversee clinical practices and nursing staff.
  • Coordinate with external healthcare professionals as necessary.
  • Supervise non-qualified staff and manage qualified nursing personnel.
  • Promote continuous improvement of services as part of clinical quality monitoring.
  • Ensure high standards of care, respond to feedback, and implement effective systems in line with CQC standards.
  • Encourage safe and well-led practices.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven management experience and relevant training.
  • Strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
