About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of 5 dental nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Work closely with the Practice Manager and clinical team to maintain high standards of patient care and practice efficiency.
  • Manage and mentor the dental nursing team, delegating tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with clinical standards and maintain accurate records of stock and budget.
  • Provide exceptional support to our dentists and specialists, ensuring the highest standard of clinical care.
  • Perform dental nursing duties with precision and attention to detail, maintaining a safe and effective working environment.
  • Prepare equipment, materials, and patients with efficiency and empathy, providing outstanding customer service at all times.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Head Dental Nurse or similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and manage budgets.

  • A competitive salary of £33,280 per annum (negotiable based on experience and skills).
