Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As the first point of contact for all IT issues, you will be responsible for logging and responding to incidents and service requests received by phone or via our support portal. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support for IT issues, including incidents and service requests, via phone or support portal.
  • Work collaboratively with the IT team to resolve complex issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our IT systems and infrastructure to provide accurate support.
  • Track and manage issues with partners and 3rd line support teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical IT issues.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in user account administration, Microsoft Office 365, PC build, and PC troubleshooting.
  • Previous IT support experience and a strong desire to develop a career in IT.
  • A full clean UK driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
