Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive Construction Site Engineer to become a vital part of our team. Reporting directly to the Pre-Construction Manager and Civils Manager, you will play a key role in the successful execution of various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Pre-Construction Manager and Civils Manager to strategize and implement new construction initiatives.
  • Conduct site inspections throughout the North of England to supervise construction processes and guarantee adherence to project specifications.
  • Assist in the development of construction plans, schematics, and timelines.
  • Track project advancement, identify potential risks, and suggest effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Perform quality assessments and uphold health and safety standards.
  • Provide technical support and insights to the project team.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience as a Site Engineer within the new build sector.
  • Familiarity with construction techniques, materials, and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel across the North of England.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction-related software is advantageous.
