What does this role entail?

As a member of our Retail team, you will be joining our store as an Inventory Control Specialist on a permanent, part-time basis. Stock availability is crucial to fulfilling our customer promise, with a key service being the fulfillment from store, which allows our customers to access various options and sizes from any store location in the UK, delivered directly to them within days. This position will oversee our inventory management, including the fulfillment from store activities, ensuring we meet our customers' expectations regarding stock availability.

Key Responsibilities

Processing incoming stock deliveries, ensuring all items are prepped to the highest standards Prioritizing the placement of new lines and replenishments on the sales floor following delivery Managing timely stock replenishment throughout the day, ensuring size availability is consistently maintained Processing stock returns back to the warehouse in accordance with our stock return standards and policies Handling Fulfillment From Store picks and preparing them for collection, ensuring we achieve our company find rate target of 90% Conducting daily inventory scans and maintaining stock file accuracy through regular adjustments Performing Collect In Store Parcel audits and assisting with Collect In Store parcel collections and returns Supporting the management of faulty stock and returns Maintaining stockroom standards, organization, and cleanliness to facilitate replenishment and minimize stock damage
