Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a high-quality housing management service to local residents
  • Support people to sustain their homes and quality of life
  • Be the principle point of contact for a local area, estate, or patch of residents
  • Ensure the conditions in the area are well maintained
  • Work closely with members of the public and other stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working as a Housing Officer/Tenancy Manager/Housing Partner or similar
  • Knowledge of housing legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Experience of dealing with complex casework both in person and in writing
  • Experience with multi-agency approaches to ASB management
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
