Cloud Target Operating Model Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Target Operating Model Consultant to join our team at La Fosse. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients in the financial services space to design and implement Azure-based Target Operating Models that meet their specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the existing business operations and IT environment concerning Azure cloud infrastructure.
  • Design and implement Azure-based Target Operating Models that meet the organization's specific requirements.
  • Provide guidance on enhancing cloud governance, automation, and cost-efficiency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to align the Azure operating model with business objectives.
  • Develop processes for cloud service delivery, operational management, and monitoring.
  • Ensure the Azure platform adheres to security, regulatory, and operational best practices.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to support teams in adopting the new operating model.
  • Continuously assess and improve cloud operating models based on feedback and changing business needs.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Azure cloud architecture and operations.
  • Financial Service/Insurance experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Target Operating Models and their application in a cloud environment.
  • Proficiency in cloud governance, automation, and operational frameworks.
  • Experience with ITIL and DevOps methodologies.
  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect)
