Job Title: HGV Technician

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HGV Technician to join our team at DPDgroup. As a key member of our Vehicle Maintenance Unit, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining our fleet of Mercedes Benz tractor units and trailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HGV vehicles
  • Conduct fault diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Prepare vehicles for MOT inspections
  • Carry out weekly and monthly checks on HGV vehicles
  • Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on vehicles

Requirements:

  • Level 3 trained in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or time served technician
  • Knowledge of working on Mercedes, DAF, Dennis, Volvo, and Renault vehicles
