About the Role

As an Internal Audit Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in our Head Office, delivering administrative assistance to the Internal Audit Team and performing routine audit evaluations. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to train as an Internal Auditor, collaborating with the team during on-site assessments.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide administrative support within the Internal Audit Division.

· Communicate with multiple business units, addressing inquiries.

· Manage a central communication channel, including email and phone.

· Review various company documents such as payments, supplier applications, and invoices.

· Process expense claims and cash advances.

· Conduct security and compliance assessments on our online banking and SAP systems.

Required Qualifications

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

· Basic experience in an office setting.

· Self-driven with the ability to work independently.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.

· A collaborative team player.

· Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

· A dedication to continuous improvement in personal and organizational processes.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in auditing or accounting.

· Familiarity with SAP systems.
