Safety and Emergency Response Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety and Emergency Response Manager to join our team at New Appointments Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and emergency response of our clients and staff.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Technical Proficiency: Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation changes and best practices in emergency response and safety management.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement operational delivery and governance procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery.
  • Operational Delivery and Reporting: Oversee emergency response team safety and client operational coordination, ensuring compliance with internal and external KPIs, contractual obligations, and legal requirements.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree-level qualification with strategic vision to develop business.
  • Experience: Proven experience working at senior level with a strong understanding of UK fire, medical, and security standards, regulations, and legislation.
  • Skills: Strong commercial experience, managing service contracts, budgets, and P&Ls; ability to manage multiple, complex work streams to emergency deadlines; effective communication skills and ability to influence others at all levels.
