Premier Group Recruitment is seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for working with clients to understand their needs and providing detailed quotations for bespoke commercial rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand their requirements and provide detailed quotations for commercial rooms
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Produce detailed quotations based on technical drawings and models
- Conduct reactive sales and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs
- Convert successful quotes into orders and work with the sales team to deliver against the prepared budget
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to inform quotations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-5 years' experience working as a technical Estimator
- Knowledge of sheet metal, fabrication, welding, machining, and similar materials
- Experience with 3D CAD Packages is beneficial
- Able to understand technical drawings and produce detailed quotations
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to develop relationships
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Proficient with using Microsoft Office
