Exciting Opportunity for an Auditor Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Auditor Trainee. As a key member of our audit team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, assisting with the preparation of statutory accounts and audit testing.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background and a desire to progress within an audit role. You will be responsible for servicing clients from various industries, assisting with the preparation of statutory accounts, and conducting audit testing. You will also have the opportunity to work with a supportive and experienced team, receiving guidance and mentorship to help you develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Assist with the preparation of statutory accounts for clients
  2. Conduct audit testing and review financial statements
  3. Service clients from various industries, including SMEs and OMBs
  4. Work closely with senior auditors to develop your skills and knowledge
  5. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of audit plans

Requirements

  1. Strong academic background in accountancy or a related field
  2. Desire to progress within an audit role
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Ability to work in a team and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Type

Pay

£22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
