About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Radfield Home Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and companionship to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients with daily routines, such as getting up in the morning and preparing for bed
  • Assist with elements of personal care, ensuring clients maintain their independence and dignity
  • Ensure clients' homes are safe and clean, promoting a healthy living environment
  • Prepare meals and collect shopping or prescriptions, supporting clients' nutritional needs
  • Accompany clients to appointments in the community, providing emotional support and companionship
What We Offer
  • Paid travel time and mileage (40p per mile)
  • Evening shifts available (weekdays and weekends)
  • UK Driving License and own vehicle required
  • Competitive hourly rate (£12.00 weekdays, £12.75 weekends)
  • Time and a half on bank holidays
