Head of Learning Maths, English and ESOL

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our academic programs in Maths, English, and ESOL. As Head of Learning, you will be responsible for developing and implementing curriculum strategies that drive student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain curriculum standards and assessments
  • Lead a team of subject specialists to deliver high-quality teaching and learning
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement innovative learning programs
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress and achievement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of circa. £50,000 per annum
  • A full-time, 37-hour per week position with a permanent contract
